How care gets set up

  1. 01

    You call

You describe the situation, the address and the prescribed care. We tell you straight away whether we can take it on — and if not, we say so too.

  2. 02

    We agree a slot

The slot is set on the morning or evening round, then stays stable. That is what keeps timings reliable over months.

  3. 03

    First visit

We check the prescription, the equipment and your understanding of the treatment, then deliver the care. A care record stays in the home.

  4. 04

    Follow-up

Reports to your GP, rhythm adjusted as things evolve, immediate alert if an unusual sign appears.

In a life-threatening emergency, call 15 (or 112).
