- Why such a tight service area?
- Because a kept appointment beats a wide map. A home-nursing round collapses as soon as journeys stretch: one jam on the southern ring road and ten visits slip. By staying in Échirolles and southern Grenoble we keep our time slots reliable, including for care that cannot wait — insulin, fasting blood tests, daily dressings.
- I live right on the boundary — is that possible?
- Most likely yes. We allow a 250-metre margin around the outline, shown as a dashed line on the map. Beyond that it depends on the time of the visit and the day's round: call us and we will answer plainly, without dragging it out.
- What if I am outside the area?

- Do you visit care homes or sheltered housing?
- Yes, where the facility has no nursing team of its own and agrees to it. It is arranged beforehand with the management: a matter of organisation, not of area.
