What happens during holidays?
Care does not stop when we are away. A locum nurse, registered with the nursing council and authorised to stand in, takes over the round at the same times and with the same protocols. You are told before the first visit — never surprised at the door.

How we practise
- Two-nurse practice, alternating across both daily rounds, seven days a week.
- Care delivered in patients' homes, on medical prescription.
