What this means for you
What happens during holidays? Covers the rounds during holidays and absences. You are told before the first visit, and given the locum's name at that point.
How we work
Four commitments, kept every day
Continuity, seven days a week
Two rounds a day, weekends and public holidays included. An absence never interrupts a treatment.
Written handover to the GP
What we observe at home goes back to the prescriber: follow-up does not rely on anyone's memory.
Sector 1 — direct billing to French health insurance
National agreement rates, direct billing on the health-insurance share. No extra fees.

Announced times, equipment tidied away, your pace respected. We come into your home, not a hospital room.
