Frequently asked questions
The questions we are asked most often on the phone.
- Do I need a prescription?
- Yes. Home nursing care is provided on medical prescription, and that prescription is what opens reimbursement by French health insurance.
- What time do you visit?
- Two daily rounds: mornings between 06:30 and 13:30, evenings between 17:00 and 19:30, seven days a week. The exact time is agreed at the first visit and stays stable.
- How much does it cost?
- We work in sector 1: tariffs are those of the national agreement, with no extra fees. Direct billing applies to the health-insurance share; the remainder depends on your top-up insurer.
- Do you work weekends and public holidays?
- Yes, seven days a week, alternating between the two nurses of the practice.
- How do I know if my address is in your area?
- The home page has a checker: enter your town or postcode and get an instant answer. If in doubt, a phone call is enough.
- Can I send medical documents through the form?
- No. The contact form is not a secure channel for health data. We set up care by phone and review documents in person.
- Do you visit sheltered housing or assisted-living residences?
- Yes, in agreement with the facility when it has no dedicated nursing staff for the prescribed procedure.
- Do you speak other languages?
- We work in French and English.
